Post Rowing De-Activation Routine

Here is a great routine to utilize that takes 10 minutes or less after your row.

This routine will target the following areas:

  • Internal/External Hip Rotation (Joint Range of Motion)
  • Hip Flexibility
  • Adductors
  • Hamstrings
  • Diaphragmatic Breathing to bring down the nervous system and move you into a recovery state
